2025 Bruny Swim Classic
Here's some images from our third annual anniversary swim. The weather forecast the day before was for moderate westerlies predicted. The ideal location with those wind conditions was the 'Globe' beach at Adventure Bay. The beauty of this spot is the availability of the BBQ gazebo, plenty of grass for relaxing and picnicing after the swim plus public toilets nearby too.
It turned out to be a magic morning there with near pefect condtions for the 100 swimmers who participated in the event. There were lots of prizes and giveaways awarded at prize giving afterwards.
All in all, a very successful event that showcased how lucky we are on Bruny to have so many swim options and locations.
